A new RoofTop Bar on Little Havana, Miami, Florida. We suck for the good Little Havana concept. Just a few weeks ago, we really liked Michelle Bernstein and the upcoming Café La Trova at Julio Cabrera. And today, Life House Little Havana is our concern.
The roof bar must be opened to the public the following spring. The food and beverage department is run by Broken Shaker veterans, Brian Griffiths, who is talented, who is also behind the Downtown cocktail bar and upcoming Over Under restaurants. Details - including drinks and special events - are rare until now, but the planned rendering of the rooftop bar shows a windy lounge with lots of intimate seating. Everything looks very promising and has made us count down the days until spring.

A new boutique hotel will be opened in Little Havana sometime this month with some bells and whistles that should appeal to locals. The Life House will debut both a new casual restaurant and a rooftop bar that looks very dope. The restaurant, which is a cafe with a garden courtyard is Parcela. The menu will be very simple and easy: coffee from Per'La, local JoJo tea, and breakfast in the morning.
